How It Works

STEP 1: Give Us a Call

  • Give us a call so we can answer any initial questions that you have and see if we might be a good fit.
  • If you’d like to keep talking, we’ll also set up a meeting to view your home. This allows us to understand the property better and for you to point out anything specific or quirky we should know about.

STEP 2: View Property

  • On the day we meet, we’ll go over the house, the yard, the landscaping, and the major appliances.
  • It’s another good time to ask questions that you’ve thought of since our last conversation. Most houses are pretty simple, but it’s good to review it together anyway.

STEP 3: Discuss Agreements

  • We’ll review the tenant lease agreement as well as the agreement between us to make sure there aren’t any questions.
  • It’s good for you to understand the tenant agreement too. This helps you understand what our approach will be for the different things that could come up.

STEP 4: Sign Paperwork

  • Once you’re ready to move forward, we both sign the agreement to work together.
  • Now we get to work right away. We’ll photograph the property so we can find the best tenant who will love your home.

STEP 5: We Handle Everything

  • Once a tenant has been approved, we handle all documentation and inspections, and we immediately take over all the relevant management responsibilities.
  • We’re here if you want to talk and will keep you updated on your property.
